Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: 

This position measures, trims and points cable.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify material
2. Read prints
3. Measure Accurately
4. Read Verniers
5. Tin Cable
6. Must be able to use Coaxial Cable Stripping Machine, Semi-Rigid Stripping Machine, Automatic Cutter and Semi-Rigid Cable Saw
7. Control of inventory material
8. Work with engineering on process changes if needed
9. Identify unusable cable

Requirements

POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

1. Education – High School or Equivalent
2. 1-2 years experience
3. Must be able to pass a drug screening test and eye exam
